• To give the best service and satisfaction of the customers, changing guarantee has been done and we guarantee that if in normal situation only sole of the shoes harmed, the shoes would be changed or repaired for free.
• Guarantee of the shoes only with correct methods of usage of products (in accord with an expert’s opinion) would be valid.
• All tears of leather with sharp and cutter stuff besides used materials like shoelaces, insole, etc or not using shoes in normal ways are out of the guarantee.
• For benefiting the guarantee, illustrating the shoe bill is necessary. Please be careful in keeping of your bills up to the end of the guarantee period.
